To Long Lake & Raquette Lake from south (Albany and New York):
Take Adirondack Northway RT 87 N to Exit 23. At exit ramp turn left at stop sign.
Bare right at stop light onto Route 9.
Follow Route 9 North through Warrensburg after approximately 2 miles turn left onto route 28 towards North Creek and follow route 28N to Indian Lake and Blue Mountain Lake.
TO LONG LAKE: Turn right at the stop sign in Blue Mountain Lake on to Route 28N/30 to Long Lake.
TO RAQUETTE LAKE: Turn left at the stop sign in Blue Mt. Lake onto Route 28 to Raquette Lake. In Raquette Lake make a right onto County Route 2
Please note: There are varying degrees of cell phone service available on all routes to Long Lake. Some communities only have AT&T and some only have Verizon. Be prepared on your travels.
