RAQUETTE LAKE YOUTH CAMPS

Kids and adults take advantage of the rich history on the shores of Raquette Lake.  For decades youth camps in Raquette Lake have fostered a sense of independence, appreciation for nature and introduced children to the world of the Adirondacks.

Raquette Lake offers sports camps, Grand Camps, corporate retreats and places for our youth to thrive.  Enjoy activities, excellent grounds, take advantage of recreation on our water and never forget the summers on Raquette.

    • Raquette Lake Boys & Girls Camp:

      Raquette Lake Boys Camp

      For seven weeks each summer, 200 boys and 200 girls, between the ages of 6 to 15, make Raquette Lake Camp their home away from home and a special haven for building lifelong memories. It’s been this way since 1916.

      Most campers will spend around 8 to 10 years at Raquette Lake as members of our family. Many will again return as CIT’s, junior counselors and then full counselors. Many of our campers are second, third, and even fourth generation Raquette Lake campers.

    • Great Camp Sagamore Grands Camps & More:

      Road Scholar Sagamore is proud of its long partnership with Road Scholar, a nationwide continuing education program FOR ADULTS OF ALL AGES.

      INTERGENERATIONALS: our most popular programs. These Grands camp sessions build life-long memories, friendships, and skills. Many participants return annually. Great Camp Sagamore has a team of professional instructors who lead your camp experience. Our camp director and assistant are outdoor educators assisted by interns. A certified teacher instructs our crafts classes. Our musicians are professionals with competencies in both voice and instrument.       Check –in on Sunday begins at 4PM. Good-byes and see-you-next-year’s are at 10A Friday.
