Slim Pond Trail is a 4 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Raquette Lake, New York that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options. Dogs are also able to use this trail.
Located in the Blue Ridge Wilderness Area near Raquette Lake, NY, this hike to a small pond offers a beautiful hike or snowshoe through mixed forest. The trailhead is a small parking turnout on NY Route 28 that is 8.3 miles west of Blue Mountain Lake or just one-mile east of the Golden Beach Campground entrance. The trail is marked with blue trail markers and follows parts of old logging roads.
