#2 Summer Cocktail Party and Vintage Auction at historic Bluff Point. From 5 to 7 pm. Reservations are recommended. Visit https://www.stwilliamslongpoint.org This Great Camp is boat access only. Rides from the town dock starting at 5:00. Tickets are $50. Cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres.
Bluff Point was built in 1876 by Francis and Helen Stott. They were part of a textile family in upstate New York. They owned by camp until 1905 when it was purchased by Robert Collier, of Collier publishing fame. Mary Doub and Allie Tyler purchased the camp in 1971.
Saturday, August 3
#1 ½ price tickets for guided tour of Great Camp Sagamore at 10 am or 1:30 pm, the Alfred Vanderbilt wilderness estate for over 50 years. Reservations are not required. 1/2 price admission at the gate or. #2 St William’s will host a free concert in the Village Green, WIDE VARIETY, at 2:00 on Saturday, Aug. 3rd. a cappella singers of 50’s – 70’s music Bring your own chair.
#3 RL Boat Parade will be happening on Sat August 3rd at 6pm followed by fireworks from the barge at dusk. Watch from downtown RL area.
Sunday, August 4
#1 Lunch in the historic dining hall at Great Camp Sagamore for $24.95 per person.
