Winter Birding Weekend
Join Local Birding Expert and Guide Joan Collins from Adirondack Avian Expeditions for two-days of birding tours and a special presentation open to the public. The Central Adirondacks is the place to be to spot boreal finches, White-winged Crossbills, Red Crossbills and more! Birders anticipate a terrific winter of bird viewing with flocks of White-winged Crossbills visiting from our northern Canadian neighbors. These birds like food and the summer provided plenty of cones for our feathered friends to enjoy. Bring your binoculars and winter gear to get visuals on our premiere winter visitors. Joan Collins is a certified guide with Adirondack Avian Expeditions.
