Long Lake Winter Carnival, A Tradition

The Long Lake Winter Carnival gets underway on Saturday, January 17th with a roster of fun-filled family friendly, all ages events. The small town atmosphere has something for everyone. The day kicks off with a bonfire, coronation, snowmobile parade (weather permitting) and the infamous award-winning Adirondack Cardboard Sled Racing Circuit. Families that participate in cardboard sled races in Long Lake, Indian Lake, Inlet, Oak Mountain and Old Forge are eligible to participate and win the big coveted trophy and go down in the history books.
