Due to ongoing power outages and phone line outages in Long Lake and Raquette Lake, NY we have compiled a list for local consumers to contact utitlity companies and places to lodge complaints.  We will add to this list as more information becomes available. 

In addition to the power being out the frontier phone lines and AT&T Cell phone service is also currently out.

How to lodge a complaint regarding power outages.

First call NYSEG and report outage so they have it on record. Phone number to report outage is 800.572.1131

For Frontier Telephone Outage – 1.800.921.8101 

Then contact the NYS Public Service Commission. You can call them at 1-888-697-7728 (8:30 am – 4:00 pm)
