LEap Year bus in Long Lake is free

Long Lake Leep Year Bus

Saturday, February 29th 2020, from 5 p.m. to Midnight, the Long Lake “Little Bus” will be running in Long Lake.  Hop on board Long Lake’s free door to door transportation and make the most out of leap year.  Visitors and residents can take the little bus to The Geiger Arena and Mt. Sabattis for a family night of ice skating and sledding under the stars. On Saturday, February 29th, the Mt. Sabattis/Geiger Arena is open from 1pm – 5pm and 6pm until 10pm with skating, sledding, and a bonfire.  Little Bus riders can also visit one of the dining establishments in town for an impromptu date night.

Catch a ride from home or an area lodging and back, pop out for dessert, or enjoy a night out with friends on Leap Year Saturday.  February 29th only falls on a Saturday once every 28 years, so you don’t want to miss this one.

Little bus phone number is 518-524-3106, the phone will be on starting at 5 p.m. and will end its service at Midnight.

This event is sponsored by the Long Lake Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department.  For more information on snowmobile trail conditions, events, lodging, retail and dining options check mylonglake.com.
